Take advantage of significant savings by choosing a different day of the week to hold your wedding or event. This is an excellent alternative for those who want an exquisite venue but might have more of a limited venue budget. We do schedule full package events on Monday through Thursday.
Our Rustic-Elegance and Industrial-Chic venues can also quite nicely be the backdrop for your smaller events such as rehearsal dinners, birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, cocktail parties, graduations, college formals, corporate events, retirement parties, anniversary celebrations, class or family reunions, banquets, business meetings, athletic banquets, Christmas parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, sweet 16 parties and similar events.
These types of events can be scheduled on Monday through Thursday and even on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays provided they are held within 60 days and if the date is available. Smaller events of 50 or fewer can be scheduled beyond 60 days out but our regular wedding package rates would apply. Smaller events of 50 or fewer guests have a 4 hour time window for setting up, having the event, and tear down. A typical 4 hour event would include 1 hour for setting up by the host, caterer, and vendor access, then a 2.5 hour window for your guests to arrive and have the event and then 1/2 hour at the end when all guests have already vacated so the cleanup process can begin and your hired vendors can breakdown and remove their event items. If you find the 4 hour window isn’t quite long enough for your event, simply plan the additional time into your event at an additional $150 per hour. Included is our black chiavari chairs and tables from our stock for up to 50 guests. All other amenities as shown in our wedding packages are considered optional additions and can be added at additional rates upon request. Additional guests are $5 per guest and $10 per table(8 guests per table)
The rate for either Industrial-Chic or Rustic Elegance venue for events for less than 50 guests is $750 plus any additions. These venues are large at an overall size of 16,000 and 9,000 square feet respectively.
Our newest venue is available for those micro events of 32 or fewer guests. An 800 square foot industrial themed space with crystal chandeliers, hardwood floors and 4 massive glass windows is an awesome opportunity to hold those much smaller events like a fancy elopement, showers, birthdays, family reunions, holiday parties or a private one-of-a-kind dinner for two. This venue is located on the third floor inside what was the original bookkeeping section of the Sauter Silk Mill. It can be reserved any Monday through Thursday based on availability. It can also be scheduled on any Friday, Saturday, or Sunday with an event date 60 or fewer days into the future. The Gold Mirror Lounge can also be added onto any of our packages for an additional rate. For any Monday through Thursday and any Friday, Saturday, or Sunday that is 60 or fewer days into the future, the rate for this venue is $375 for 3 hours with additional hours at $75 per hour.
In order to accommodate multiple parties per day, specific time slots are available for The Gold Mirror Lounge.
3 hours can be selected from each of these time slots:
8:00 am-12:00pm 1:00pm-5:00pm 6:00pm-10:00pm
Up to one additional hour can be selected at $75 half hour at $40
Two or three time slots can be reserved at $750 and $1125 respectively for 6 or 9 consecutive hours.
